BLUEYE — Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee — no conditions, no friction. If your BLUEYE frames don't fit perfectly or the optical experience isn't what you expected, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at blueye.visionteam@gmail.com. And we will provide you with the return address and shipping instructions for your specific location.
Once your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and full instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues Inspect your order upon reception. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at blueye.visionteam@gmail.com so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges Return your item and once accepted, place a new order for the model or lens you want.
European Union — 10-Day Cooling Off Period If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Same conditions apply — unworn, unused, original packaging, proof of purchase.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

2-Year Structural Warranty All BLUEYE frames are covered by a 2-year structural warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear. Contact blueye.visionteam@gmail.com. to file a warranty claim.
